Role based Work Flow Automation

iCentrix eForm solutions are specifically designed for diverse organizations where staff members interact with clients or other staff for a multitude of reasons.

For example, initial client contact may be handled via the phone by the front desk receptionist where just enough information is collected to refer the client to the Intake Coordinator. At this point, client demographic information is collected and a service determination is made. If client is accepted for services, a therapist is assigned and an appointment is scheduled.

Multi-User Intake

All information captured during the intake process is retained for detailed reporting and analysis. Reports can be generated that show where calls come in from, what cases get taken under care and which ones do not. Comparative analysis can be performed on this data along with revenue and billing reporting.

With this level of information and automation it is easy for a center to ensure that all calls are handled properly and promptly. No one is ‘lost’ in the system. Business practices are followed and revenue opportunities are maximized.
